Dusk and Domino

[Domino is leaning against a wall, looking a little down in the dumps. She's still nursing some minor injuries from an unspoken clash with the cultists that took place while you guys were missing—there's a bruise on her face, a cut here and there, and bandages around her wrists...

oh right, she's not wearing her giant gold gauntlets, the ones she usually wears with this very maid outfit.

she punched 30 entire bees WITHOUT her gauntlets.

In any case, here she stands, looking at her swollen fists in solemn thought.]

...I could've punched more. So many more.

How much more?

[Dusk had been wandering out, looking for people so finding Domino is l~u~c~k~y! Though she seems lively, her expression seems a little off from normal somehow.]

Dusk and Primrose

[ At some point the day after everything went to shit, Primrose is out surveying the kingdom to try and decide on the best place to start building facilities that they desperately need -- she's been here this whole time and doesn't even have an office?

There's bags under her eyes and she looks completely frazzled and unkempt. Alongside her periodic yawning it's pretty clear she hasn't, like, slept. When she bumps into Dusk, she just sort of blinks lazily. ]

Oh, hey boss. You're up already?

Is it still early~ ?

[Dusk, on the other hand, seems PRETTY AWAKE and alive, though her face does seem a lot less energetic than it normally does.]

Dusk and Peanut

[ by the time Dusk wakes up, Walnut is safe and sound back indoors, sleeping sitting in a chair right near her bed. her hair is loose and she's bandaged up, foot elevated on. god idek what do we even have in this country to elevate feet with? anyway, there's no clear indication of how much time has passed, but Walnut at least has clearly been up and down and out and about for a little before settling down where she is now.

her face is scrunched up funny. ]

[Dusk has been aimlessly wandering around, probably doing her DUTY to check up on everyone, and lucky her, she runs into Peanut. Her own expression is calmer than normal?]

Dusk and Clima

[ Clima isn't exactly traumatized by this whole mess but he does know someone who, kind of is. He wakes up like normal, gets dressed like normal, and then starts looking for Dusk - like normal, but there's a little worry in his steps, almost imperceptible. It's. . . his responsibility, probably? He doesn't know what to do. He doesn't know how to do it. He has to figure out what to do. . . is she okay?

Basically, whatever she's doing he's probably following her around while she's doing it. ]

[Honestly, she’s wandering round aimlessly for a bit there. Sure, she’s also looking to see if anyone is around but for the fairly observant, it should become fairly clear that she is also not trying very hard.]

Clima and Primrose

[ At some point after she gets the cutcherry set up and just arbitrarily assigns random citizens who seem like they're good at desk jobs and numbers to staff it, Primrose calls Clima into her office. With an official letter of summons and seal and everything! WE FANCY NOW.

When he arrives, she's just fucking face down on her desk. Is she asleep??? ]

Clima and Juno

[ After all business is taken care of, Juno can be found at the temple actually arguing with someone. Who? The stars, ever present above them? Maybe? Who knows! ]

he's probably looking for dusk, but also he does need to harass juno. he's just going to watch them argue? with? ??the stars??

like, from right behind them too. this is an appropriate place to be, totally not unnerving or anything. ]

Clima and Slot

[ once all is said and done, slot is just off in a corner somewhere. he's squatting down, face in his hands and he's taking slow breaths.

[ walnut's not exactly difficult to find; after she checks up on her family and dusk she pretty much stays put, keeping her ankle elevated.

which is unfathomably dull, but she knows better than to move around more than she absolutely needs to, so she does, but seeing Juno pass her by she waves with uh
